Men’s Designer Fashion Outlet has leased 4,571 square feet of retail space at 60 Temple Place in Boston’s Downtown Crossing.
The fashion outlet will move to the ground floor of the six-story, 51,940-square-foot office building on Washington Street. The landlord, Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by Emily Ou of Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston office.
"We are pleased that Men’s Designer Fashion Outlet chose to locate at 60 Temple Place," BPG asset manager Michael Rota said in a statement. "This transaction fills the balance of the ground level retail space at the building and brings the property’s overall occupancy to 98 percent."
Men’s Designer Fashion Outlet opened its flagship store in Levittown, N.Y. in 2001. There is an outlet in Cambridge, in addition to its other stores in Levittown and Westbury, N.Y.
