Fax company Softlinx Inc. has leased 2,600 square feet of office space at 100 Riverpark Drive in North Reading.

Softlinx provides IP-based network fax server and software solutions to global corporations, nonprofit organizations and government agencies. The company chose the location because of its central location for its employees, high-end office finishes and close proximity to I-93, according to a statement.

Micah Stubblebine of Lexington’sThe Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International represented the tenant in the lease transaction. The landlord, Northstone LLC, was represented by Robert LeClaire, Mark Reardon, Jason Levendusky and Kerry Olson of CB Richard Ellis.
