A 10-unit apartment building in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood, has sold for $10.6 million.

The buyer was 69 Gainsborough Street LLC. Units in the building ranged from one to five bedrooms and were designed for student tenants. The deal includes 10 parking spaces.

Joe DiGangi and Bobby Quinn of Charlesgate Multifamily represented the seller, James Devellis.

The sale of the apartment building was the second phase of a structured sale planned for a portfolio of assets in the neighborhood. The first phase included 61 individually deeded parking spaces, which were sold in 2012 for a total of $2.6 million. The third phase, currently on market for $3.5 million, includes seven condo units and associated parking spaces.
