Boston-based Fantini & Gorga has placed $2.08 million in construction/permanent financing for two office/flex properties located in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood.
The subject properties are located at 19-29 & 31-39 Norwood St., across from Super Stop & Shop on Morrissey Boulevard and just behind the new Marketplace on Morrissey retail center. The building at 31-39 Norwood is a two-story, 9,300-square-foot brick office/flex property. The building at 19-29 Norwood is a similar two-story brick office/flex property consisting of more than 10,000 square feet.
Casimir Groblewski of Fantini & Gorga placed the loan with a local community bank on behalf of his client, 19-29 & 31-39 Norwood St. LLC.
