Two companies have expanded and renewed leases totaling 22,000 square feet at the Edgewater Office Park in Wakefield, FHO Partners announced.

Breuer & Co. LLC, a technology firm specializing in software and services for private schools and healthcare organizations, will relocate to a 13,595 square foot space at 701 Edgewater Drive. The company previously leased 7,000 square feet of space in the same building.

Regnante, Sterio & Osborne LLP, a law firm specializing in real estate, land use, commercial lending, estate planning and environmental law, has renewed its lease for 8,434 square feet at 401 Edgewater Drive.

"Both companies looked at the market for relocation alternatives but after long searches, both chose to maintain their presences at Edgewater Office Park," said Michael O’Leary, vice president at FHO Partners.

Wyman Street Advisors Managing Director Charles E. "Chip" Batchelder represented the landlord for both transactions.

"Both tenants boast brands in their sector as market leaders, and both help solidify Edgewater Office Park as the premier destination for professional services firms in the Route 128 North submarket," he said.

Partner John Boyle and O’Leary of FHO Partners represented Regnante, Sterio & Osborne, and Batchelder represented the landlord, Hobbs Brook Management. Partner Brian Hines joined O’Leary to represent Breuer & Co. in the second lease transaction.
