FHO Partners has received both the 2009 Downtown Office Deal of the Year Award and the 2009 Suburban Office Deal of the Year Award from the Massachusetts chapter of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA).

CBA recognized the company for negotiating the relocation of Fish & Richardson P.C. to One Marina Park Drive in Boston and the relocation of Avid Technology to Northwest Park in Burlington.

Avid Technology’s 10-year lease relocation to a 203,000-square-foot office in Northwest Park was the largest lease transaction in suburban Boston in 2009, according to a statement.

Fish & Richardson, one of the world’s leading law firms, signed a 124,000-square-foot, 15-year lease in the new office building under construction at One Marina Park Drive on Fan Pier in Boston’s Seaport District.
