Fidelity Bank has promoted Joanne Morse of Shirley to vice president, commercial banking relationship manager.

Morse was previously assistant vice president, relationship manager.

With her experience in construction lending, Morse has grown the bank’s builder/developer loan portfolio, established new relationships and enhanced existing relationships. She will continue to develop and retain successful commercial clients through referral networks and the existing client base.

She is based in the Leominster Connection office.
