Fidelity Investments has extended its 22,756-square-foot-lease at 70 Federal St. in Boston.
"We are very pleased that Fidelity has made a significant long-term commitment to the property," said James J. Adams, manager and director of leasing at 70 Federal Street Assoc. "Fidelity serves as the ideal anchor of our building and will for many years."
Fidelity was represented in the lease transaction by Ted Chryssicas, executive vice president of Colliers International in Boston.
Fidelity recently announced the company will be leaving its Marlborough location, which will result in 1,100 job being transferred out of Massachusetts to Rhode Island, New Hampshire and elsewhere as it shuts down operations at the facility over the next two years.
