The Rezolve Group, a technology and services firm specializing in student financial aid, has leased 6,285 square feet at 2 Oliver St. in Boston.
Jeffrey B. Becker, senior vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented Rezolve Group in the transaction. Jim Brady of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Saracen Properties.
Saracen and AEW Capital Management acquired the 220,000-square-foot 2 Oliver St. last year. The property is an 11-story office building located at the corner of Milk, Oliver and Batterymarch Streets in Boston’s Liberty Square.
"We’re very pleased to have helped the new owners of 2 Oliver St. continue their lease-up efforts at the property," Hunneman’s Becker said in a statement. "The 2 Oliver St. building occupies a prime location in downtown Boston and suits Rezolve Group’s needs well."
