The first building of Stoughton’s Alta at Indian Woods, a new Energy Star residential apartment community, is nearing completion.

The Concord office of apartment real estate firm Wood Partners is the property developer and Manchester, N.H.-based Pro Con Inc. is the architect and general contractor for the $13.5 million apartment community, according to a statement.

"The first building is on schedule to be completed in November," said Pro Con’s project manager. "The installation of the interior finishes is 95 percent complete and we are finishing up on a few exterior details."

The 154-apartment community located on Stagecoach Road will offer one- and two-bedroom units and one-bedroom units with dens, according to a statement. The apartments will be located in three- and four-story garden-style buildings and will range in size from 710 to 1,041 square feet.

The second building is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in December and third building will be completed in January 2011.
