First Trade Union Bank has added three banking professionals to its One Harbor Street corporate office in Boston in support of the institution’s continued growth.

Brett Hill was named senior vice president/senior credit officer. In his role, Hill will manage the bank’s credit portfolio and reporting functions. He comes to First Trade with 14 years of banking experience in various credit roles. He previously served as vice president and senior credit officer at First National Bank of Ipswich and, more recently, vice president and director of credit administration for Admirals Bank.

David Nemeth was named vice president of operations. Nemeth will oversee the bank’s deposit and loan operations. In his 26 years in the financial services industry, Nemeth has held various roles in bank operations, credit and risk management, most recently with TD Bank. He also has worked with Eaglerider Finance, KeyBank, Citigroup and a number of other financial institutions, according to a statement.

Shye Tzadok was named credit analyst. In his role, Tzadok will be responsible for various credit activities at the bank. He comes to the bank having recently served as loan/financial analyst within the resort finance division of Textron Financial. He is also a Massachusetts licensed attorney not currently in practice, according to a statement.
