First Trade Expands Union Focus in New York

Donna C. Watkins has been named vice president of institutional banking and business development officer for Boston-based First Trade Union Bank.

In her new role, Watkins will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new relationships with union organizations throughout the state of New York. Watkins comes to First Trade from State Street Global Advisors, where she served most recently as senior relationship manager for public funds and senior global strategist.
