Boston-based First Trade Union Bank has brought aboard a new commercial loan officer, credit analyst officer and marketing assistant at its Boston office.

Michael O’Connor was named commercial loan officer/relationship manager, responsible for new business development and managing an existing loan portfolio. He comes to First Trade having previously worked for State Street Bank and, more recently, Sovereign Bank.

Richard Golden was named credit analyst officer for the bank. In his role, Golden will analyze and evaluate commercial loan proposals. A 21-year veteran of the financial industry, Golden previously served as credit analyst for Sovereign Bank and Wainwright Bank & Trust, the bank said.

Stephanie Rollins was named marketing assistant at First Trade. In her role, Rollins will help manage and expand the marketing and public relations efforts of the bank. A recent graduate of Bentley University, she received her bachelor of science in marketing and a minor in computer information systems. She comes to First Trade from Parametric Technology Corp.
