Andy Fitzpatrick, a business banker with 12 years of experience, has joined First Republic as managing director and business banker in its Boston office.

Fitzpatrick will work with First Republic professionals providing lending services, deposit services, cash management, foreign exchange, online banking and business escrow.

Fitzpatrick is part of a team of bankers serving venture and private equity clients in First Republic’s offices in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and Boston.

Prior to joining First Republic, Fitzpatrick was a senior vice president for RBC Bank in Boston, where he worked with venture capital, private equity and technology companies. Prior to that, he worked for Comerica Bank, most recently as vice president in the Venture Fund Services Group.
