The hiring continues at Jack Conway-Duxbury with five Realtors joining the South Shore team. Evelyn Pica, a former real estate sales manager in Hanover, and four of her associates – Jack Rubin, John Spillane, Lauren DeSimone and Lisa Cadigan – recently made the move.

Evelyn Pica brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the South Shore real estate arena to the Conway team. Arthur "Jack" Rubin has worked in real estate since 2005 and has been a practicing attorney for 30 years. For Duxbury resident Lisa Cadigan, who specializes in new construction sales, joining the Conway-Duxbury office felt a bit like "coming home." Lisa had worked for the company in late-1990s. Lauren DeSimone, a former pre-school teacher, became a Realtor last year on the advice of her own real estate agent – Evelyn Pica.

The fifth agent to accompany his former manager to the Conway-Duxbury office is John Spillane, a former carpenter and contractor who knows houses from the ground up.
