CB Richard Ellis/New England, a joint venture partner with CB Richard Ellis, recently brokered five leases totaling approximately 30,000 square feet in Waltham on behalf of King Street Properties, a privately owned real estate investment manager.
The CBRE team of Alex Plaisted and Steve Murphy represented the ownership in all five transactions. The properties are part of the Bear Hill Business Park, a collection of office, lab, and R&D buildings purchased by King Street Properties in 2006.

Interfood, a global supplier of dairy products and solutions, will occupy space on the first floor of 60 Hickory Drive, a six-story, 60,000 square foot Class A office building that underwent a complete renovation in 2007.
Kingsley Business Service, a provider of financial consulting services, will expand by approximately 1,200 square feet at 255 Bear Hill Road, a four-story office building that recently received an update to all common areas.
Biopharmaceutical company OXiGENE will occupy space on the second floor of 300 Bear Hill Road, a recently-renovated two-story Class B office building.
SDL Enterprise Technology, the leading provider of Global Information Management (GIM) solutions, will occupy the entire third floor at 69 Hickory Drive, a three-story 22,440-square-foot office building overlooking Route 128.
Village Fertility Pharmacy, a specialist in fertility medication, will occupy the third floor of 335 Bear Hill Road, a three-story, 32,000-square foot office and laboratory facility.
