Developer John J. Flatley Co. has purchased 15-45 Dan Road in Canton.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The seller, Great Point Investors, was represented by Colliers International.

The property is a three-story, 276,124-square-foot office, flex, R&D, and warehouse-use building located within the Canton Commerce Center on Rte. 138. Flatley Co. plans extensive renovations to the building, including a newly constructed exterior façade, revamped common areas, lobby, café and fitness center, and the addition of a shared conference center.

We felt Dan Road was an opportune purchase due to its proximity to Route 128, vibrant corporate park setting, in a great town like Canton and existing corporate tenant roster," commented John J.
