Twig, a floral shop, has leased 951 square feet for its third Massachusetts location at 14 Austin St. in Newtonville.

Frank O’Neill, of Quincy-based The Grossman Cos. Inc., represented the tenant and the landlord, Austin Street Realty Trust, in the transaction, according to a statement.

Twig owner Lou Whitney said he chose the Newtonville location because it had been home to a flower shop for the previous eight years. His other two shops are in Boston, at the corner of Tremont Street and Massachusetts Avenue, and on Charles Street.
