Gayle M. Fili has been promoted to senior vice president, retail banking at The First National Bank of Ipswich (FNBI).
Fili is based in FNBI’s main office at 31 Market St., Ipswich, and is responsible for the bank’s branch network, sales and marketing divisions.
Prior to joining FNBI, Fili was senior vice president, retail banking at River Bank in North Andover.
