A foreclosed apartment complex at 10-28 Centennial Place in Framingham has been purchased at auction for $1.5 million.

Sixteen bidders showed up to purchase the 22-unit residential property with the required deposit of $30,000 in-hand, according to Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers.
