Marco SturmFormer Boston Bruins forward Marco Sturm and wife Astrid have sold their Boston condo at the Residences at the Intercontinental for $2.35 million.

The buyer in the Aug. 5 transaction was Theresa M. Hamm.

The couple bought the 2,669-square-foot 500 Atlantic Ave. condo in 2007 for $2.38 million.

The unit was last assessed at $2.2 million, according to data obtained from The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.

Sturm, who has played in the NHL since 1996, was traded to the Bruins during the 2005 season and was with the team until the 2010 season. In July, he signed a 1-year, $2.25 million contract with the Vancouver Canucks.
