Randall S. Goldstein has been named vice president and director of fiduciary properties at Braintree developer The Simon Cos.

Goldstein will formulate growth strategies and actively develop new business opportunities for The Simon Cos., with a special emphasis on establishing new client relationships, by leveraging the firm’s 45-year track record as a successful owner and integrated real estate service provider.

"With nearly five decades of experience and expertise to call upon, The Simon Cos. is well-positioned from an infrastructure and capital perspective to effectively provide our historically proven and cycle-proof asset-optimization services to a wide range of real estate companies and investors," Goldstein said.

Goldstein has nearly 20 years of development, asset management, leasing and acquisitions experience in the New England real estate market working with all major property types. Prior to joining The Simon Cos., he was a member of the real estate development team for The Kraft Group, with primary responsibility for the initial and ongoing leasing of the company’s 1.2 million-square-foot Patriot Place mixed-use development adjacent to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.

Prior to The Kraft Group, Goldstein spent six years with Boston Properties. He is a member of numerous real estate industry trade organizations and has served in a variety of positions at many Boston-based organizations, including Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Jewish Vocational Services and Tufts University.
