Former State Street Exec. Joins StonehamBank

Jerry Marcus has joined StonehamBank’s commercial lending team as vice president.

Marcus, a resident of Canton, spent 23 years with State Street Bank & Trust Co. before joining the StonehamBank team. Most recently, he was working as a vice president client relationship manager helping corporate clients manage 401k functions, according to a statement.

"Jerry is an experienced commercial relationship manager with 23 years of experience helping business clients meet their financial goals," said StonehamBank President and CEO Janice T. Houghton. "He is a great addition to our commercial team."

In addition to being a member of the StonehamBank commercial lending team, Marcus is also an active member of the community. He volunteers his time with Cradles to Crayons, the Jimmy Fund and coaching his children’s various athletic teams, according to a statement.
