The former Buick Dealership on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester has sold for $1.58 million.
The 28,000-square-foot building at 72 Shrewsbury St. sits on 1.58 acres of land. Shrewsbury Street Association LLP sold the property to J & M Batista Family LP.
David Cohen, vice president of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented the buyer. David Cohen, Carl Burwick and David Burwick represented the seller.
