Jim BoutonJim Bouton, a former Yankees pitcher and author of the controversial baseball book Ball Four, has sold his Egremont home for $1.95 million.

Bouton and Paula Kurman bought the 4,743-square-foot home in 1994. The three-bedroom, contemporary style house sits on more than 18 acres, according to data from The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.

David and Joan Burstein purchased the home at 36 Millard Road.
