A total of four luxury condominiums in Brookline, at various stages of completion, were recently auctioned off to three end users and one investor.

Yarmouth-based JJ Manning Auctioneers hosted 13 bidders on Feb. 16 for properties located at the Longyear at Fisher Hill complex, located at 120 Seaver St. in Brookline. The sales netted a total of $5.12 million on behalf of Citizens Bank, including a price of $1.725 million for a penthouse unit, the auction company said in a statement. The auction also included the rights to use 4 additional parking spaces and 2 storage areas for residents only.

Longyear at Fisher Hill is a roughly eight-acre gated community featuring 43 residences in a restored 1890’s-era stone mansion and 4 additional buildings, according to a statement.

"The bidder participation and active bidding was a strong and positive sign for the high end condominium market in Greater Boston," JJ Manning President Justin J. Manning said in a statement.
