Four leases totaling 19,143 square feet have been signed at Burlington Centre in Burlington.
The tenants are: Exclusive Concepts, 7,727 square feet at 30 Corporate Drive; The New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH), 4,605 square feet at 35 Corporate Drive; AlloCure, 3,475 square feet at 25 Corporate Drive; and Second Decimal, 3,336 square feet at 25 Corporate Drive.
CBRE/New England’s Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, represented the landlord, Multi-Employer Property Trust and Bentall Kennedy.
Exclusive Concepts, an Internet marketing company, was represented by Boston Realty Advisors’ Adam Meixner. Michael McCarthy of NAI Hunneman Commercial Real Estate Services represented NEACH. AlloCure, a biotechnology company, was represented by Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Jonathan Varholak. Duggan Realty Advisors’ Jim Duggan represented Second Decimal.
Burlington Centre is a 620,000-square-foot, Class A office park on 78 acres off of Route 3A in Burlington. The office park consists of four buildings: 10, 25, 30 and 35 Corporate Drive.
