A 98,105-square-foot industrial building at 1000 Washington St. in Foxborough recently fetched a price of $4 million.

Two Wheeler Holdings, a real estate affiliate of Motorcycles of Manchester, bought the property. New Hampshire-based Motorcycles of Manchester sells and rents new and used motorcycles and ATV’s. The company presently operates a store – M.O.M. South – at 108 Washington St. in Foxborough, just south of Gillette Stadium on Route 1. The company will be moving to the newly acquired property.

Catherine Minnerly, executive vice president at NAI Hunneman, and associate Ovar Osvold, represented the seller, Alan-Lawrence Realty Trust, while John Coppola of Circle Properties represented the buyer, Motorcycles of Manchester.

"The acquisition allows the company to move to a larger facility while maintaining a prime retail location on Route 1 to support its rapidly growing business." Minnerly said.
