Framingham Apartment Complex Sells For $2.7M

The Colonial Arms apartment complex in Framingham has sold for $2.7 million.

The 36-unit garden-style apartment complex is located at 3 & 5 Beaver Park Road in Framingham. It includes two 18-unit, 3-story buildings. The buildings consist of four studios, 11 one-bedroom and 21 two-bedroom units.

NAI Hunneman’s Executive Vice President & Principal Carl Christie and Dan McGee, an investment sales financial analyst, represented the seller, 3&5 Beaver Park LLC, and procured the buyer, Coleross James LLC.

"The buyer is holding these buildings as rental property," said Christie. "We’re very pleased with this transaction that had attracted a number of investors."
