Claremont Realty Trust has purchased a 12,600-square-foot office building in Framingham for $1.9 million.
K&N Commercial LLC sold the building at 550 Worcester Road in Framingham.
Dean Blackey and Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. represented the seller and procured the buyer, according to a statement.
