The Framingham Co-operative Bank Charitable Foundation has awarded $5,000 to the MetroWest Outreach Connection’s Homeless Prevention Program to support its mission of helping low-income residents retain or secure permanent housing.
Over the past five years, the Framingham Co-operative Bank has also been the principal sponsor of MetroWest Outreach Connection’s annual Walk to Prevent Homelessness.
"We realize how important it is to reach out to help individuals and families in crisis, particularly during these turbulent economic times," said Robert P. Lamprey, chairman of the foundation.
