Arthur Francis, assistant vice president of investment services at Boston-based John Hancock Financial Services, and Ellen Miller, managing director of servicing in the Boston office of Bethesda-based Berkeley Point Capital, have received the recently established Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer designation from CampusMBA, the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) education platform.

Francis and Miller were two of 22 inaugural class members to receive this designation. They were the only recipients from Massachusetts.

The Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer designees received their certification at MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Servicing and Technology Conference in Phoenix, Ariz.
