Lowell-based Fred C. Church Insurance has leased two separate offices totaling 4,377 square feet in Andover and Chelmsford.  

Matt Quinlan and Joe Doyle of Cresa Boston represented Fred C. Church Insurance in both transactions.

The company’s Chelmsford office, currently located at 43 Village Square, is relocating to 3 Meeting House Rd., where it will occupy 1,577 square feet on the first floor of the 22,000 square foot Class A office building in an 87,000 office park. The owner, J&C Management, was represented by Richard Jumpp of The Jumpp Company.

Fred C. Church’s Andover office, currently located at 89-91 Main St, is relocating to the second floor of the 65,429 Class A office building, where it will occupy 2,800 square feet. The owner, Lincoln Essex OAU LLC., was represented in-house.
