Lightning Express, a 20 year-old air freight trucking, forwarding and warehousing firm, has leased 20,000 square feet at 370 McClellan Highway (Route 1A) in East Boston.

The Grossman Cos. of Quincy represented the landlord and brokered the transaction. Representing the tenant was Grubb & Ellis.
