Jason Fricker, a firefighter and paramedic by trade, will add Realtor to his resume after joining Jack Conway’s Scituate office.
Fricker, 29, a nearly life-long Scituate resident, joined the staff of Conway’s Scituate Harbor office this month. He is a Rockland firefighter and paramedic, and has also served as an EMT and paramedic for Fallon Ambulance in Quincy.
"While searching for my first home, I came to appreciate the qualities that set a good sales agent apart from the others," said Fricker. "You have to be there when your client needs you, be ready and willing to show a house when it might not be convenient, and remain accessible at all times. I promise to deliver that kind of service to my customers."
Fricker may be the new agent on the block, but he is no stranger to the Conway Country Group. He grew up with it. His mother, Marie Fricker, began her job as advertising director at Conway’s Norwell Headquarters on her son’s 11th birthday in 1993. Fricker joins a growing line of 2nd and 3rd generation Conway associates in his Scituate sales office, according to a statement.
His manager, Elaine Bongarzone, is the daughter of the late Mary Pecce, a 40-year top agent and manager. Co-worker Barbara Cox is the daughter of Muriel Desmond, the first female associate ever hired by Jack Conway in 1957. And colleague Corie Bulman-Nagle, a Marshfield High School teacher, is the granddaughter of Chairman Jack Conway and daughter of Conway CEO Carol Bulman.
"We are so thrilled that Jason is launching his real estate career in Conway Country," said Bulman. "I think it’s a credit to our company when the family members of our employees want to come aboard. They must be hearing good things about us at home."
