A former High Liner Foods facility in Danvers was sold for $4.25 million.

The buyer was listed as 18 Electronics Ave. LLC, whose manager is Thomas Demakes, CEO of Lynn-based meat vendor Old Neighborhood Foods.

CBRE/New England represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale of the 128,000-square-foot space at 18 Electronics Ave.

The property is a five-line frozen food plant with substantial infrastructure including four spiral freezers, wash-down production rooms and emission scrubbing.
