Henry Schwab Co., a supplier of products to the funeral industry, recently purchased a 7,100-square-foot industrial facility in Newburyport for $635,000.

Anthony Triglione, of Portsmouth, N.H.-based The Kane Co. Inc.’s, represented the seller, Thomas Machine Works, and the buyer of the property located at 7 New Pasture Road, according to a statement. Newburyport Five Cents Savings bank and the Small Business Administration provided financing for the transaction.

"The property was snapped up quickly due to its good condition and limited inventory of other available properties of similar size in the Newburyport Industrial Park," said Triglione.
