Union Office Interiors and AR&T have leased a total of 6,856 square feet of space in Boston.

Union Office Interiors, a furniture and office products company, is opening a new showroom at 33 Broad St., according to a statement. The company, which is headquartered in Wilmington, will occupy 3,556 square feet in the 40,000-square-foot Class B office building. The landlord was represented by Kevin Browne of Brown & Wagner in the lease transaction.

Righter & Tittmann Architects (AR&T), a Boston-based architectural firm, is moving to 262 Washington St., where it will occupy 3,300 square feet in the 40,095-square-foot Class B office building. The company was previously located at 8 Winter St., which is being converted into residential space. The landlord, KS Partners, was represented by Roberto Magno of Lincoln Property Co. in the lease transaction.

Brandon Leitner of Boston-based CresaPartners represented both Union Office Interiors and AR&T in the two separate lease transactions.
