Bruce Gallant has been named the top agent in January at Leominster’s Century 21 Realty Team.

Gallant, a longtime resident of Leominster, was the top listing and selling agent for January, according to a statement.

"Bruce is an interesting agent. He has had his real estate licenses since 1980, hence he has seen both the strong as well as the slower markets," said Nick Storrs, co-owner of the company. "He is an exceedingly competent Realtor, specializing in the commercial, investment and industrial fields. He has had a very strong history of helping a large number of buyers and sellers."
