Car dealership and wholesaler Gallery Automotive Group has leased 12,000 square feet at 147 Morgan Drive in Norwood.

Gallery Automotive Group will house its auto parts division at 147 Morgan Drive. Gallery Automotive Group has its offices, showroom and service center at nearby 918 Providence Highway in Norwood.

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Elliot & Co. LLC, negotiated the lease on behalf of CMI Property Inc. Managed by CMI Property Inc., 147 Morgan Drive is part of a 40,000-square-foot, two-story, mixed-use facility with access to Interstate 95 and U.S. Route 1. The building complex supports office, lab, warehouse, R&D and distribution uses. Elliot & Co. is the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
