Rental forms published by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) will now be available online exclusively through rental relationship management provider RentJuice.
RentJuice is an online platform that allows property managers and landlords to instantly share their availabilities with partner agencies for free to shorten vacancies and improve communication. The company also offers a paid upgrade that provides agents, brokers and leasing offices a "virtual rental office," according to a statement.
The GBREB rental forms will be available to Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR) members via RentJuice for free. GBREB members accessing the forms will pay $7.50 per month, and the price will be $15 per month for all other users. Additionally, as part of the deal, GBAR members are eligible to receive all of the benefits of RentJuice at a five percent discount off standard pricing.
"A large number of GBAR and GBREB members use the RentJuice platform on a daily basis to run their leasing businesses," said Deborah Heffernan, 2011 GBAR president. "We are happy to help leasing agents save valuable time by providing the rental forms they need within the same system as the rest of their rental marketing tools."
