Genzyme Corp. has renewed its lease at 55 Cambridge Parkway in Cambridge.
The biotech firm, which is part of Sanofi Co., leases 82,490 square feet in the 275,000-square-foot, Class A facility.
The nine-story building was constructed in 1985 and is located on the Charles River.
Genzyme was represented in the transaction by Cassidy Turley FHO. The property’s landlord, Invesco, was represented by Lincoln Property Co.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
