The Georgetown Savings Bank recently named Alan Johnson and Barbara A. Dyment to the position of account executive/mortgage originator.
In his new position, Johnson will assume responsibility for promoting the banks’ full range of mortgage lending services, with specific attention to the Beverly, Danvers, Topsfield and Wenham marketplace. Dyment will focus on the Lowell, Dracut and North Andover marketplace, according to a statement.
Johnson’s background in mortgage lending extends for more than 14 years. Most recently, he held the position of senior lending officer at PNC Bank. Prior to his years with PNC, he worked as a vice president/lending officer for NE Moves Mortgage LLC, and regional consultant for Norwest/Wells Fargo Mortgage Inc. in Danvers.

Dyment’s background in mortgage lending extends for more than 25 years. Most recently, she held the position of net branch manager of Palace Capital & Finance working out of Lowell. Prior to her years with Palace, she worked as a net branch manager for New England Merchants Mortgage and vice president of sales/mortgage lending for First Boston Mortgage Corp.
