GFC Development Receives ‘Builder of the Month’ Award

Weston-based GFC Development Corp., a real estate developer and contractor, said it has received the September 2009 "Builder of the Month" award from trade magazine "Builder/Architect" Greater Boston edition.

GFC President Charles Aggouras and Senior Vice President Dan DiPierro were featured in the cover story, ‘Diversified Passion,’ which highlights GFC’s significant inroads into green design and construction.

"We are honored to be selected as ‘Builder of the Month’ by a such a prestigious trade magazine," said Aggouras. "GFC shares this award with our partners, colleagues and the communities who help us innovate and create award-winning, sustainable living projects."

The award recognizes Somerville’s Endicott Residences for "its exceptional building and high standards" which have set it apart from other builders, according to a statement.
