Alyssa Gibbons has joined the customer service team at Marlborough collection agency American Profit Recovery (APR).

Gibbons, of Franklin, will join other customer service professionals who will handle incoming inquiries via email and phone and train new clients and users on their proprietary web-based technology APRweb and other systems. She will also make scheduled outbound calls to check in on clients and their overall satisfaction with the services APR provides.

Before coming to American Profit Recovery, Gibbons spent time in various customer service roles including Covidien, Verizon Wireless and Wines and More located in Mansfield.
