Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, having outgrown its current Back Bay office at 69 Newbury St., is relocating to a larger office on the corner of Dartmouth and Newbury Streets in Boston.

The new office, 3,600 square feet located on 277 Dartmouth St., is double the size of Gibson Sotheby’s current location, which is 1,700 square feet. The location is in a high traffic area that the company said it expects will bring in business for the real estate team, according to a statement.

"This company has been growing since day one, we have overcome the ups and downs of the economy and I have no doubt that the Gibson Sotheby’s talented team will continue to prosper," said co-owner Larry Rideout. "We have the utmost ambition as we grow and succeed on progressively larger scales over time."
