Jonathan Gilbert has joined the Danversbank, a subsidiary of Danvers Bancorp Inc., as vice president and treasury management business development officer.
In this new role, Gilbert will focus on developing relationships in the legal, insurance and non-profit sectors, while helping customers reap the benefits of cash management tools.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Salem State College and comes to Danversbank with ten years of cash management and sales experience. Prior to this post, Gilbert worked at Eastern Bank, where he received several awards for excellence in sales and dedication to improving bank programs and procedures, according to a statement.
Gilbert was most recently part of the institutional services group at Century Bank where he managed a diverse client portfolio of corporate and municipal relationships.
