Ames & Gough Insurance Agency Inc. has signed a 4,027-square-foot office lease expansion and renewal at 859 Willard St., Suite 320 in Quincy.
Ames & Gough, an insurance broker and risk management consultant, is expanding its space in the Class A office building to accommodate growth. The company is occupying a portion of the third floor of five-story, 124,777-square-foot stand-alone office building.
Dan Sullivan and Adam Subber of Cresa Boston represented the tenant. According to Sullivan, the company realized favorable lease terms in a space that allows for contiguous expansion.
The landlord, Putnam Place Realty Trust, was represented by Jon Vacca of FHO Partners.
