Lloyd L. Hamm Jr. has been appointed as CEO of Grafton Suburban Credit Union (GSCU).
Hamm was with Eastern Bank Corp. for 26 years, most recently as its chief administrative officer. He also served as the chief operating officer and dean of the business school at Anna Maria College.
Hamm will take the helm on April 8 from Jack Caulfield, who is now serving in an interim capacity and who is the former CEO of St. Mary’s Credit Union.
"We are very pleased that Lloyd will be joining the GSCU as its new CEO and believe he will be instrumental to our continued growth," GSCU Chairman Andrew Nelson said in a statement. "Lloyd brings a wealth of strategic, financial, and organizational leadership experience to our operation."
Hamm is a trustee of the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, serves on the board of directors of Junior Achievement of New England, is a member of the Worcester Economic Club, a former chair of the Board for the American Banking Association, the Needham Children’s Museum, and has served as a board member or trustee for numerous other local and New England area non-profit organizations.
