Robert Grant and William Balz of Weston have purchased a 16,000-square-foot Natick office building from 27 Strathmore Assoc. for $1,950,000.
The new owners plan to transform the former B.J.’s Wholesale club, located at 27 Strathmore Road, into executive office suites. The space will be called The Natick Innovation Center.
Dean Blackey of Wayland-based R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction.
